Things To Do in Whitewater During Spring and Summer

There is so much to do in Whitewater during the spring and summer! Here are just a few ideas on how you can make the most of the warm weather while it lasts.



Visit the Whitewater City Market

Head over to the Historic Train Depot on Whitewater St every Tuesday from 4-7pm for the Whitewater City Market! Enjoy live music and food trucks while you shop for fresh produce, baked goods, handmade gifts and more! Oh, and did we mention there’s beer?



Fish at Cravath Lakefront Park

Cravath Lakefront Park is a great fishing spot! Pack up your poles and head downtown for an afternoon of fishing. Then, grab dinner downtown at Casual Joe’s, Second Salem or one of the many other great restaurants in Whitewater!



Take a walk through Brewery Hill Park

There’s so much to discover in Brewery Hill Park! It is the perfect park for taking an afternoon walk. From bridges to rivers, you never know what you’ll find!



Have a picnic lunch

Whitewater has so many parks that are great for having picnics. Pack a lunch from home or pick up some sandwiches and coffee from The SweetSpot! Enjoy your lunch in the shade of a tree at Brewery Hill Park, eat with a beautiful view of the lake at Cravath Lakefront Park, or picnic and play at Starin Park!



Attend the Fourth of July Festival

Held on July 3rd-7th 2019, the Fourth of July Festival at Cravath Lakefront Park features food, carnival rides, the Miss Whitewater Pageant, a car show, and fireworks! There is something for the whole family to enjoy.
